Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer that appointment time to another patient in need. We realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. A fee may be charged for a no-show or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
